IT consulting

Since the foundation of datagon GmbH in 1989 we have been working as IT consultants. 

During our first years, implementation tasks were the main focus of our business, but only a few years later our main tasks switched to conceptual and management functions within our customers’ IT projects, while our teams  were also partly responsible for software implementation.

At the start of the 21st century our main focus was on 

• business analysis
• requirement analysis (incl. OOA with UML)
• project management

Since 2008 we have been certified as Scrum Master and Product Owner with agile methods, with which we are working intensively. SCRUM and partly Kanban are our constant companions.
